Cytiva™ Xcellerex™ XDR Series Bioreactor Troubleshooting Tips:
If the agitator drive is not func tioning as expected:
The circuit breaker might be tripped; Reset the circuit breaker.
The motor might be overloaded.Acknowledge the agitator fault and try to restart the motor.
If the condensate accumulates in the condensate outlet tubing, the condenser bag might be installed incorrectly. Reinstall the condenser bag.
If there is no power supply to the I/O Cabinet:
The circuit breaker might be tripped. Verify that the condition which caused the trip is identified and fixed, and reset the circuit braker.
If the filter heater temperature does not increase:
The filter heater cable might not be connected to the I/O Cabinet; Connect the filter heater cable to the I/O Cabinet.
The wrong filter heater cable might be connected to the I/O Cabinet; Verify that the appropriate filter heater cable is connected to the I/O Cabinet
